This Privacy Policy explains how the GULD website (the “Service”) handles information. GULD is a non-custodial, on-chain game. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or other personal identifiers to play.

1. Information we handle

• Wallet & on-chain data. When you connect a wallet, we read your public wallet address and your public on-chain activity to display game state. All blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature - we do not control the blockchain and cannot alter or delete on-chain records.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information to serve and secure the site.
• Usage data. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your data.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect your private keys, seed phrase, name, government ID, or payment-card details. Never share your seed phrase with anyone, including us - we will never ask for it.

3. Third parties

The Service relies on third parties to function, and your interactions may be processed by them under their own policies, including: blockchain RPC providers, our hosting provider (Vercel), and wallet-connection providers (e.g. WalletConnect / browser wallet extensions).

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage necessary for the site to function (for example, remembering your wallet connection). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process data from minors.

6. Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet, clear your browser storage, and stop using the Service at any time. Because on-chain data is public and immutable, it cannot be erased from the blockchain.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
